The Making of a Sandwich

All the greens for my lunch sandwich today were plucked from the garden. Lettuce, arugula and radishes are all of a harvestable size in the cold frame. And though Lisa says that she knows of no one else who takes photos of their sandwich ingredients, I am happy enough with this first radish of the season to share a picture with you.
