New Potatoes
One of my favorite tasks during the gardening season is to dig new potatoes. After the plants have finished flowering, a few little spuds are available to unearth, while the rest are left to grow in size and thickness of skin for the Fall harvest. Finding new potatoes is like an Easter Egg hunt: There is as much joy in the search as there is in the discovery.

I love it! My plants haven't started flowering yet, but man are we excited for some taters! And you taught me something, I never knew that was why they're called new potatoes...
