Run Mama, Run!

This morning we went to Old Fort Townsend State Park so that Lisa could participate in a cross country run. Four miles of trail running in the deep woods with about a hundred other runners of all ages and abilities. It was fun to see her off at the starting line, take a nature walk with the boys, and then meet her at the finish line. She even reached a personal goal for her speed: Four miles in thirty-nine minutes. And, she was the fourth woman in her age division to cross the finish line. Yeah, Mama!
