In The Garden

We at Hawthorne & November wish you a happy Autumn. The upcoming changes with this season are to be savored. In the garden, it is time for cleaning and preparing for the upcoming rainy months. I planted crimson clover in a few beds as a Fall/Winter cover crop (basically a good plant that grows thick, competing with weeds while adding nutrients to the soil). I am also collecting some seeds from flowers and vegetables that I want to welcome back again next year. Good to be out in the sunshine on this beautiful Fall day.

Still finding a few strawberries.
