A ferry ride and a quick drive brought us to La Conner to meet up with family today, where we had lunch and an absolutely frigid stroll while watching the boys do their pedestrian weaving. And a short visit to a wonderful nursery before lunch really got me in a plant-oriented frame of mind, which gives me more reason to look forward to Spring.
