Proud Of Him

Lisa was loading up Hawthorne into the car the other day when she turned back to see November staring intently at the curb. He hesitated, and then took his first independent step up and onto the sidewalk (a very big accomplishment if you know all the background to his story) Proud, proud, proud am I! His physical therapist has been working with him on skills like this for a while, and I am so happy to see November testing his new abilities. You are doing great, son!
