Quinoa

My experiment this year in the garden is growing quinoa (pronounced "Keen-Wah"). It is a tasty grain that is also beautiful to look at, with the bonus of having edible leaves. So far, so good. I just need to read up on the best harvest time and method. I included photos of the earnest lecture I was given recently regarding this amazing grain.
