Father And Son Walk

I came home early from work today and took a pleasant walk with Heinrich and Jess in the snow.
I kept laughing in amazement at how nimble he was, walking and running down the snowy street.
I loved how he took in the whole scenery, stopping to watch Jess play with our neighbor's dog.
He did not even want to be in the sled. He just kept pace with me. I loved it.
I can imagine the possibilities of future long walks together, talking about the birds and plants that we will see.
