The Uptown Fair

We walked from our humble abode and took in the sights and sounds of the Uptown Fair.

The order of who we encountered is as follows:

1. A regular customer of mine at the lumberyard.
2. A coworker of Lisa's (and his little bulldog).
3. Our Pastor's wife.
4. Our Pastor.
5. A couple from town who don't realize just how much Lisa knows about them.
6. Another coworker of Lisa.
7. Another regular customer at the lumberyard.
8. Chris Little! Hooray!
9. A Mom-friend of Lisa who has two children the same ages as Hawthorne & November.
10. Our banker.
11. Our librarian (who shared her blueberries, freshly purchased at the Farmer's Market, with us.)

Newly outfitted with hoodies from Wales. (thanks, Nana!)

At the market, stuffing face.

The three minute Uptown parade in all its surreal glory.

A look-see into the fire station as we walk back home.

And a rest-stop in someone's front yard...

...which became silly...

....which became unbearable because these two comedians would NOT get off the grass and keep walking! Sheesh!
