Blue Potatoes

Though I planted the majority of our garden potatoes a few weeks ago, I found some blues at the garden center and could not pass them up. At the farm that we worked at in Maine, they would sell a basket of red, white, and blue potatoes mixed together in little baskets. I have liked blues ever since. If you look closely, you will see that the shoots of the spud have a blue tinge to them. I like that.
