Rhody Weekend
Here in Port Townsend we have an annual event called the Rhody Festival. It is quite the big deal for our town: A Pet Parade, Kids Parade, Bed Races, The Main Parade, The Carnival, and ending with The Rhody Run, a 7.5 mile walk/run through town. It has a Homecoming feel. Many visitors and locals show up at the weekend happenings. I have liked it ever since we moved here and marveled at all the lawn chairs appearing along the sidewalks the night before the Big Parade.

Yay! I see Oliver is riding on your back...so much more comfortable, huh? Grab some BabyLegs and put them over the straps, it keeps them a bit dryer/cleaner...
