Fish in the Pan

We love fish. Salmon is our favorite, but we have had fun trying cod, halibut and sole. Prepared with herbs from the garden, fish is something that makes for a pleasant meal. Today we received three fish from a friend whose husband went fishing recently in Alaska. All packaged and frozen, just waiting for the time when we will pop them in the pan. Thanks, Laura!
