1. We think of him as an Italian opera. (everything is done with passion, whether he is mad or sad or gleefully happy.)
2. He really does make us laugh. He has a teasing sort of humor, which I think comes from the older Olson generation.
3. He was at the library today using the word "frog". Only his pronunciation included the letter "f", but with u-c-k at the end. Yep. It caused a teenage girl to look around the corner at him and then his embarrassed mother. We will work on pronunciation...
4. It is very satisfying to get him to laugh at a silly something-or-other, because he has a laugh that comes from his toes.
5. He reads books while in the car, and it makes him look like a commuter on the train.
6. He blows kisses to things if he likes them. There was a book of tractors that we had, and each tractor would get a kiss on each page.
7. He is very particular about what he sleeps with in his bed. He has a puppet crow, a stuffed dog, and two sock monkeys. You don't mess with the system...
8. He has taken some AMAZING falls while at play. I'm talking sequences that a Hollywood choreographer would love to orchestrate: Tripping that leads to what looks like a pirouette with a twist that brings him down on his face. And he usually turns out fine!
9. He is hard work!
10. I love him.
